Pittsburgh based Real Estate Services Company looking for a qualified Assistant Community Manager for a high-end condominium and homeowner community interested in growth and advancement.  Work with a team of professionals committed to quality and excellence in customer service.  
 
Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated individual with strong commitment to responsive, client focused professionalism.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Experience with Yardi Property Management software a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organizational, verbal, written and presentations skills
  • Timeliness, attention to detail and organization
  • Available after hours as needed basis to respond to emergencies
Primary Duties:  
  • Interact with contractors, clients, and residents, ensuring maintenance, projects, and daily operations are carried out effectively and to specification. 
  • Administer HOA website
  • Perform weekly common area and property inspections for maintenance issues
  • Responsive to homeowners with questions and concerns.  
  • Assist with budget development, adherence to budget, working with the Community Manager.
  • General administrative and community management support to Senior Community Manager including delinquency tracking and notices, vendor contracting, violation tracking, and project approvals
  • Vendor management and invoice approval
  • Inventory replenishment and tracking
Compensation: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
